This is for someone who wants to become the trusted advisor to contractors, municipalities, quarries, landscapers, industrial companies and construction professionals.

What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility is selling new and used heavy equipment while utilizing our rental fleet as another solution for our customers.
Every day will include:
- Selling Hyundai, Bomag, NPK and our growing portfolio of premium equipment brands.
- Identifying opportunities where rental leads to future equipment sales.
- Developing new business through prospecting, networking and customer visits.
- Growing long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Preparing quotations and proposals.
- Negotiating and closing equipment sales.
- Completing every aspect of the sale including documentation, financing coordination, purchase agreements, delivery schedules and follow-up.
- Working closely with our Parts, Service and Rental teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer activity.
- Representing RTI professionally at customer sites, trade shows and industry events.
- Owning every customer interaction from the first introduction through delivery—and long after.

What We're Looking For
Ideally you'll have:
- Experience selling heavy equipment, construction equipment, industrial equipment or related capital equipment.
- A proven history of developing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- The ability to work with CRM software.
- A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- The willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory.
Experience with equipment rentals is considered a major asset.
