Central Cariboo Builders Ltd. is a family-owned construction company, founded in Alberta in 2015 and proudly serving British Columbia since 2018. As a husband-and-wife team, we take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while building lasting relationships with our clients and employees.
We specialize in residential new construction and renovations throughout the Cariboo Region, including Williams Lake, 100 Mile House, 150 Mile House, Horsefly, Likely, Anahim Lake, Alexis Creek and surrounding communities.
Position: Construction Labourer (Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm, flexible)
We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of hard work, and wants to build a career in the construction industry. Construction experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager and carpenters with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Load, unload, and move building materials.
- Organize and manage tools and equipment.
- Run errands and pick up materials as required.
- Safely operate hand and power tools (training provided where needed).
- Perform general labour duties as assigned.

- Physically capable of performing manual labour in various weather conditions.

Requirements
- Some experience using hand and power tools or working around construction sites is an asset.
- Steel-toe boots.
- Reliable vehicle and transportation to various job sites throughout the Cariboo Region.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence with a clean 5-year driver's abstract.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
