Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. Duties
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Utilize forklifts for moving materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse is preferred.
- Familiarity with power and hand tools is essential.
- Ability to operate a forklift; certification is a plus but not required at the time of application.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving shared goals.
- A proactive attitude towards safety practices in the workplace.
