What You'll Be Doing
- Successfully growing and managing the restaurant and providing an unparalleled guest experience
- Leading a team of passionate hospitality professionals and expanding the Leeky Canoe brand
- Hire and develop a great team that provides guests with a SUPERBexperience every time.
- Manage the financial success of the restaurant including Sales, Labour, and Inventory Management.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of Restaurant Management Experience with a proven ability to grow Sales & Google Reviews
- POS Proficiency and Optimum Control (inventory management)
- Knowledge of Restaurant P&L development and analysis is preferred
- Strong analysis and action planning around Inventory, and Labour Management
- A burning passion to constantly learn and push the boundaries of what you know
- Smart Serve certified
