YOUR IMPACT
As a Product Owner within our Data& Analytics – Corporate IT team, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into data roadmaps and actionable product requirements. You will prioritize initiatives, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
Working closely with architecture, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will drive the successful delivery of data and analytics solutions while maintaining the quality and reliability of our data products. This role is ideal for someone with strong product ownership, business analysis, and stakeholder management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Roadmap& Business Value: Partner with business leads and technology teams to support data solutions and business-aligned roadmaps that create measurable value for our partners across OpenText.
- Business Needs& Solution Definition: Help identify business needs, clarify current-state challenges, define analytical data solutions, support implementation, and track KPIs to measure success.
- Stakeholder Requirements& Roadmap Definition: Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and align business requirements that inform their data roadmaps, support project prioritization, and help delivery teams focus on the right outcomes.
- AI/ML Enablement& Innovation: Support conversations with business partners on how AI/ML-enabled data solutions can help address business problems and create value.
- Requirements, User Stories& Acceptance Criteria: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, prioritize, and refine data product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements, helping maintain alignment with evolving business needs.
- Backlog, Prioritization& Agile Delivery: Support management of a segment of the product backlog, helping ensure Epics and User Stories are well-defined, estimated, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap while contributing to sprint planning and execution.
- Scaled Agile Delivery: Apply Agile and Scaled Agile principles to support delivery of data and analytics projects, helping ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in a data analytics field are a definite plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting delivery of Data& Analytics solutions using Agile principles, with experience in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, data analyst, or analytics solution delivery capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, business needs, and stakeholder input to support actionable product improvements.
- Delivery Skills: Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and their application within the frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), SCRUM or KANBAN
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and helping address issues.

This is a global role supporting clients/employees in North America and Europe and requires fluency in French& English.

Salary Range: $76,800 - $115,200 Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
