Graphic Designer
Purpose of the Role
The Graphic Designer brings our brand to life by translating our brand book and rebrand strategy into consistent, high-quality visual assets. This role supports marketing and business goals by creating engaging materials while ensuring strong brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Support the rollout and implementation of the company rebrand
- Design marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, sell sheets, and presentations
- Create digital and visual content for web, social, and promotional use
- Contribute creative concepts and design solutions aligned with business goals
- Prepare files for production and coordinate with external vendors
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design work
- Experience implementing brand guidelines and supporting rebrands
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices

Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
