Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with the delivery and installation of cabinetry and millwork
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely to and from job sites
- Help with cabinet assembly, adjustments, and site preparation
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Measure, level, and assist with installation layouts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on site and in the shop
- Help protect finished products and clients’ homes during installations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
- Uphold high standards of workmanship and professionalism
Qualifications
- Experience in cabinetry, construction, woodworking, renovations, or a related trade is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- Valid G driver’s license required
- Clean criminal record check required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
