Business Development Representative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000-60,000 + Comission Program
FE Ingredients is one of Canada's leading bakery ingredient distributors, supplying flour, sugar, oils, chocolate, mixes, and specialty ingredients to bakeries and food manufacturers across Ontario.
We're looking for an energetic, ambitious Business Development Representative to help us identify and win new bakery customers across the GTA.

What You'll Do
· Visit bakeries and food businesses throughout the GTA
- Introduce FE Ingredients and our products and services.
- Generate new sales leads and customer opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive information.
- Support the sales team with prospecting activities.
- Track visits and opportunities in our CRM system
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
What We're Looking For
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and willing to work independently
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable transportation is considered an asset.
- Experience in sales, business, food manufacturing, or entrepreneurship
