About the Opportunity
Key Marketing is a leading real estate project marketing and sales firm, representing some of British Columbia’s most recognized residential communities. We are seeking a Sales Leader to oversee the daily operations and sales performance of a 26-townhome presale project in Langley, BC.
This role is ideal for a licensed Realtor® who brings proven new home sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to professionalism and compliance.Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onsite sales operations at the project’s presentation centre.
- Deliver exceptional service and presentations to buyers and cooperating REALTORS®.
- Manage sales leads, follow-ups, CRM reporting, and conversion tracking.
- Oversee and support the sales team in achieving project absorption goals.
- Maintain full product knowledge of floorplans, pricing, and features.
- Execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure all communications, disclosures, and transactions comply with BCFSA, BCREA, and REBGV regulations.
- Report directly to the Project Partner.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate Licence (BC) — required.
- Minimum 3 years of presale or new home sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of presale documentation, deposit structures, and disclosure requirements.
- CRM experience (Lasso, Spark, or HubSpot preferred).
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to lead by example.
- Availability to work weekends and statutory holidays as required.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
