We work with marketing teams, founders, and growth-minded companies to produce high-quality video content — from brand films and testimonials to performance-driven ad creative. We're growing, and we're looking for a sales rep who knows how to open doors and close deals.
The Role
We're hiring a B2B Sales Representative to own our outbound pipeline and grow our client base. This isn't a passive account management role - you'll be prospecting, building relationships, running discovery calls, and bringing in new business. You'll work directly with the founder and creative team to ensure what you're selling aligns with what we actually deliver.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position with real earning potential for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and referral networks.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact through signed contract
- Run discovery calls that uncover a prospect's marketing goals and position Cedar & Spruce as the right creative partner
- Collaborate with the production team to scope projects and deliver proposals that are accurate and compelling.
- Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
- Represent Cedar & Spruce Films with professionalism and creative confidence
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience — you've sold to businesses and you have the numbers to show for it
- Background in selling marketing services, creative services, video production, or agency work is a strong asset
- Strong communicator who can hold a room on a call and write a follow-up email that actually gets a response
- Self-directed and comfortable working without a lot of hand-holding
- Genuine interest in video, content, and the role creative plays in business growth
- Experience with CRM tools
