About the Role
Roelands Plant Farms is looking for a reliable, safety-conscious driver to transport our Temporary Foreign Workers to and from work using company vehicles. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our team gets to and from the farm safely and on time. Shifts include both day and night, so flexibility with scheduling is a must.
What You'll Do
- Safely transport Temporary Foreign Workers to and from the workplace using company vehicles
- Follow assigned pick-up and drop-off schedules, adjusting as needed for day or night shifts
- Perform basic pre- and post-trip vehicle checks (fluids, tires, lights, etc.)
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable vehicle for passengers
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with workers
What We're Looking For
- Valid G license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record; willing to provide a driver's abstract
- Comfortable driving in all weather and road conditions
- Flexible availability, including day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Good communication skills
Pay: $24.00 per hour
