We are a unique, vintage-style photo booth experience! We capture moments on the go and instantly print personalized, custom-designed "newspapers" featuring our guests' photos. Operating in vibrant, high-traffic locations across downtown Ottawa, we bring a touch of nostalgia and interactive fun to every event and activation.
Position Overview
We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Photo Booth Assistant / Street Photographer to join our team. In this role, you will interact with passersby, take great photos, manage the booth flow, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a unique keepsake.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage & Attract: Actively approach passersby, introduce our unique photo concept, and invite them to participate.
* Capture Moments: Take high-quality portraits, guide guests with fun poses, and keep the energy high and engaging.
* Operate the Booth: Manage the printing and photo-delivery workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Create the Vibe: Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and upbeat atmosphere that draws a crowd.
Requirements
* Outgoing & Confident: Exceptionally comfortable talking to strangers, public speaking, and drawing a crowd.
* High Energy: Positive, enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient in fast-paced settings.
* Reliable & Responsible: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a dynamic team.
* Availability: Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and peak event days.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian is a strong asset.
* Note: Photography experience is a plus, but a great personality and enthusiasm matter most—we can teach you the rest!
