Summary
We are seeking a Construction Labourer to join our team in Collingwood and Blue Mountain. As a vital part of our workforce, you will contribute to a variety of building and renovation projects, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in diverse construction tasks that bring clients' visions to life.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters and tradespeople in daily construction tasks
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
- Prepare sites by cleaning and organizing materials
- Follow blueprints and schematics under supervision
- Support installation of flooring, tile, and other finishes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with hand tools and basic construction tasks
- Knowledge of carpentry, blueprint reading, and site preparation
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual labor
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Prior experience in restoration or renovation projects is a plus
- Valid driver’s license an reliable vehicle is required.
