Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring that our clients enjoy a welcoming and pristine environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain fresh supplies for clients.
- Organize spaces efficiently to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Provide hospitality services by ensuring homes are welcoming and comfortable for residents and guests.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Occasionally assist with light cooking or meal preparation as requested by clients.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient cleaning routine.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform various cleaning techniques and use cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Non-exclusive - No problem if you already have your own customers. Use us to fill-in the gaps in your schedule
What we're looking for:
Each qualified prospect will undergo a background screening. You must pass the screening process to be considered.
Transportation:
Your own means of getting to- and from- clients (on time!)
Supplies:
Your own cleaning products and equipment (some clients also prefer eco-friendly options)
Phone and email:
Access to a smart phone and email (and Internet connection at all times)
Once a housecleaner is accepted to work with our company, we will begin to send you jobs as soon as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build an ongoing client base.
Qualifications:
- Be available Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm
- Be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Cell phone is required
- Must speak English

Requirements
- 18 or older
- Minimum 1 year Professional Cleaning Experience
- Any car
- Driver's license
- Social Security Number
- Consent to a background check
- Must be able to read maps and locate customers homes
- Must be comfortable working in area with animals
