Job Summary:
As the Executive Assistant, Business Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Business Development in driving the company’s expansion efforts. You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational assistance, managing key projects, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Business Development with day-to-day tasks, including managing inbox, preparing presentations, and maintaining project timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
- Help prepare business proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients and partners.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with key contacts, leads, and project status.
- Manage correspondence in the voice of the Director, including emails and follow-ups with clients and partners.
- Assist in the development of business strategies and the execution of sales plans.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the business development department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and sales strategies is a plus.
