Position Summary

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact through order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Support
- Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Greet walk-in customers and assist with product inquiries in the showroom
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Customer Service
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Track order status and provide updates to customers
- Resolve issues related to shipping, product availability, or billing
- Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Assist in loading customer orders
- Support continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
