Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Millwork Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom woodwork, cabinetry, and millwork components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets our high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Duties
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute millwork installations.
- Install cabinetry, wood paneling, siding, flooring, tile, and other custom wood products in various settings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, assemble, and secure materials.
- Conduct restoration work including laminate repair, painting touch-ups, caulking, and general tasks to ensure finished quality.
- Measure spaces precisely and perform heavy lifting to handle large or awkward materials safely.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on millwork installation.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for precise project execution.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other relevant equipment.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and material calculations.
- Experience with masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work or related trades is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting components accurately.
- Valid construction experience with a background in woodworking or manufacturing is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 – 44.0 per week
