About the Role
- Provide professional, reliable support within the human resources team.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for students, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support school operations and community goals.
- Perform role-specific responsibilities aligned with WIC’s mission and values.
What You Bring
- Post Secondary degree or Human Resources Accreditation is required
- 3-5 years’ experience with full-cycle human resources initiatives
- Understanding of Alberta’s Labour Standards as governed by the Employment Standards Code
- Advanced computing skills are preferred
- Strong discretion, organizational and communication skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- Commitment to inclusivity, professionalism, and community engagement.
- Enthusiasm for working in a school environment.
