We are currently looking for a Technical Advisor.
- You will handle the opening of quotes and work orders.
- You will ensure the reception of work orders from mechanics and analyze them.
- You will be responsible for invoicing and following up with clients.
- You will answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- You will ensure client satisfaction regarding the work performed.
- You will act as a substitute or assistant to the service manager.
- Do you have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position?
- Do you have experience in a mechanical workshop environment?
- Are you comfortable with computers and the Office Suite?
- Are you bilingual?
