Competitive Pay

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist lead technicians with furnace and duct cleaning services
- Learn to perform full HVAC system cleaning (residential & commercial)
- Set up and operate professional cleaning equipment
- Maintain tools, hoses, and job site cleanliness
- Support system inspections and identify IAQ improvement opportunities
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure company vehicles and equipment are well maintained

- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Customer-service mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
