Qualifications:
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Food Handler’s Certificate is mandatory
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays, with regular availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Must be available Thanksgiving weekend - October 9 to 12.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Cook food items to specified standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members for efficient service
- Must be customer service oriented, outgoing and be able to work independently with little supervision
