Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Orangeville. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare industry. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our client base within Orangeville and surrounding areas of the GTA.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our nursing services.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
- Experience writing proposals, RFP, etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Canada
