Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention, with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment, preventing theft or vandalism, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing security personnel, monitoring surveillance systems, and coordinating emergency responses to safeguard personnel and property.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and response.
- Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by analyzing surveillance footage and investigating incidents.
- Enforce security policies and procedures consistently across all shifts.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating appropriate actions with law enforcement if necessary.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation related to security events.
- Train new security staff on surveillance techniques, loss prevention methods, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in law enforcement, security management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques.
- Experience in loss prevention strategies and investigative procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Ability to respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
