Slimline MFG is seeking a visionary Director of Systems & Intelligence to join our Executive
Management Team (EMT) and shape our future in two of the most dynamic industries on the
planet: Precision Agriculture and Industrial Wastewater Management. This is more than a
systems role it’s a strategic leadership position at the intersection of data, operations, and
enterprise growth.
As Director, you’ll lead the charge to modernize and align our ERP and analytics platforms,
empower better decision-making across departments, and build scalable systems that keep pace
with our ambitious growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to turn raw data into business
intelligence and turn business needs into digital transformation. Most importantly, you'll be a
trusted partner in steering the business at both the operational and strategic level.
What You’ll Do:
ERP Leadership & Transformation (Infor Syteline)
- Lead the stabilization and optimization of our ERP system ensuring accurate inventory,
BOMs, routings, costing, and reporting.
- Define and implement clear ownership, controls, and process standards across all ERP
related functions.
- Coach, support, and enforce ERP discipline across departments; be the go-to ERP
- Partner with internal and external technical teams to ensure the system evolves alongside
our agriculture and mining product lines.
Business Intelligence & Data Leadership
- Drive the shift from instinct-based decisions to a culture anchored in analytics.
- Build and roll out dashboards, KPIs, and reports across all departments from finance and
operations to sales and production.
- Lead the design and adoption of weekly metric reviews and data-driven problem solving.
- Act as the central hub for strategic data conversations, including sales funnel analytics,
forecasting, budgeting, and product performance.
- Ensure investor-grade reporting in close collaboration with our parent company, Decisive Dividend Corporation.
Financial Systems Oversight
- Oversee our autonomous AR/AP team, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accountability.
- Assist with financial reporting and forecasting to support short- and long-term planning.
- Drive system improvements that enhance transparency, timeliness, and financial accuracy
Strategic & Cross-Functional Influence
- Serve as a cross-departmental connector embedding yourself in Finance, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and IT.
- Help every department work smarter by designing systems that support accountability, ownership, and value creation.
- Be a thought partner to the President and EMT on technology strategy, business process
improvement, and performance optimization
What You Bring:
- Proven experience leading ERP systems, ideally with Infor Syteline or similar.
- A background in business intelligence, systems architecture, or analytics within a
manufacturing environment.
- Chartered Professional Accountant
- A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out for vision and zoom in for execution.
- Comfort managing cross-functional initiatives with both technical and non-technical
- A passion for performance, transparency, and helping teams unlock their full potential.
