Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of installation work, including blueprint reading, carpentry, and the use of hand and power tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial installations, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Installer will be responsible for executing installation tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and precision.
Duties
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation of components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for various installation tasks.
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and other building components as specified in project plans.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, restoration work, and masonry tasks as needed.
- Conduct caulking, painting, and other finishing touches to ensure a polished final product.
- Operate heavy machinery when required for large-scale or complex installations.
- Measure and estimate materials needed for each project accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or related fields such as carpentry, masonry, electrical work, or plumbing.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming and finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, welding, and electrical systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in restoration or cabinet installation is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safety practices and quality workmanship while being capable of working independently or as part of a team on diverse projects across the construction spectrum.

Pay: $17.85-$22.25 per hour
