We’re looking for a reliable, mature outdoor enthusiast to join our team for 28-30 hours per week (hours lower a bit after summer). If you have solid fishing knowledge, customer service skills, and flexible availability – we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with product recommendations
- Help customers with fishing and hunting questions
- Operate a computerized point-of-sale (POS) system
- Issue MNR licenses accurately
- Price, stock, and organize inventory
- Package bait and assist with general store tasks
- Maintain a clean, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of fishing, fishing gear and local lakes/rivers
- Bonus if you know about hunting, camping, or outdoor gear
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift stock
- Comfortable with computers and typing
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance
