Responsibilities Include:
Answering phone calls and emails Greeting customers and visitors
Scheduling appointments and service calls Preparing invoices and work orders
Processing payments and maintaining customer records Assisting with customer service, sales, and collections
Following up on outstanding invoices Communicating with technicians and office staff
Providing excellent customer service Working independently and as part of a team Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and reliable
Basic computer and office skills Positive and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work well with a team
Experience in customer service, sales, collections, or office administration is an asset but not required.
