G Calgary is hiring Landscape Maintenance Team Leads to join our growing team!
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced individual to lead a landscape maintenance crew throughout the season. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and have leadership experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, pruning, and general property maintenance
Train and mentor crew members
Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections
Communicate effectively with management and clients when required
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on job sites
Qualifications:
Previous landscape maintenance experience required
Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate landscape maintenance equipment safely
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labour throughout the day
