Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a positive dining experience by providing attentive service, handling guest requests efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu and beverage options
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver items promptly
- Prepare and serve beverages following house standards and recipes
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set up
- Process payments, manage bills, and handle transactions responsibly
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns professionally
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and applicable regulations
- Support team members to maintain smooth and efficient service
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive, friendly attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and orders accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliability and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in creating a great guest experience
