G&J Equipment is hiring a Heavy Equipment Sales Manager in Mississauga, ON.
We are looking for a strong sales leader to help grow our retail sales division and support future branch expansion across Ontario.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, automotive, powersports, or high-ticket retail sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the retail sales team
- Drive showroom and online sales growth
- Build and improve sales processes and customer follow-up systems
- Train and motivate sales staff
- Help develop new branch locations and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with ownership on growth strategy and operations
- Maintain strong customer relationships and dealership standards
Requirements:
- Sales management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with retail sales and customer relationship management
- Heavy equipment or machinery industry experience is a strong asset
- Self-driven, organized, and growth-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
