Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Inbound Corporate Housing Sales Representative to manage and convert a consistent flow of qualified inbound inquiries into booked business. This role is ideal for a polished, consultative sales professional who excels at building trust quickly, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored housing solutions.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and will be handling inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels. You will guide them through a seamless, high-touch sales experience. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where speed and quality of response directly impact revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads from corporate clients, relocation firms, and direct consumers through phone, email, and online channels.
- Respond rapidly and professionally to all inquiries, ensuring a best-in-class first impression and high conversion rates.
- Qualify client needs by understanding timeline, budget, location preferences, and specific housing requirements.
- Present tailored housing solutions that align with each client’s unique situation, highlighting value, flexibility, and service.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to booking, including proposal creation, follow-ups, and closing.
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless booking execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, deals, and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve and exceed conversion targets, revenue goals, and response-time KPIs.
- Continuously refine sales approach based on client feedback, booking trends, and market demand.
Qualifications
- 4–10 years of experience in sales, account management, or inbound/client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to convert inbound leads into revenue at a high rate.
- Strong closing skills via phone and email in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience managing multiple inquiries and priorities simultaneously with precision and speed.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up discipline.
- Highly personable, professional, and confident in client interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Hospitality and or corporate housing experience is a strong asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
