Precious Sprouts Childcare Center is now hiring a dynamic and experienced Childcare Educator.
At Precious Sprouts Childcare Center, we believe in providing a high-quality childcare program in a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning through play.
We are looking for a team leader who is passionate and dedicated to working in our facility. We are seeking an educator who understands programming, ratios, and keeping a well-maintained classroom.
Above all, can maintain effective relationships with co-educators, parents, and children. We are looking for an educator to start immediately.
Duties included but are not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
- Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs.
- Implementing lesson plans/curriculum weekly covering all areas of child development.
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a licensed childcare facility is preferred.
- A passion for working with children of all ages and an interest in providing quality care for them.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a team that provides quality care.
- A passion for learning and teaching children, and an eagerness to do what it takes to provide a great experience for both children and families.
- Current CPR Level-C and First AID.
- Childcare certificate levels 2, or 3.
Successful candidates will be required to provide current:
Police Information Checks including a Vulnerable Sector Search, and Child Welfare Intervention Record Check.
