Advance Services Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Vac Truck / Flush Truck Operator to join our growing team in Winnipeg. This position involves operating vacuum trucks and flush trucks to provide sewer and drain maintenance services, grease trap cleaning, wastewater system maintenance, and related environmental services throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate vacuum trucks and flush trucks
- Perform grease trap pumping, cleaning, and maintenance services
- Conduct sewer cleaning, drain flushing, catch basin cleaning, and wastewater system maintenance
- Assist with septic pumping and related environmental services when required
- Complete daily vehicle and equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Participate in after-hours and emergency service calls when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating commercial vehicles, vacuum trucks, flush trucks, or similar equipment is considered an asset
- Experience with grease traps, septic systems, sewer cleaning, or drain maintenance is considered an asset
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically capable of performing outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Licence Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required
- Air Brake Endorsement considered an asset
- Class 3 Licence considered an asset but not required
