EZ Rides is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic E-Bike Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of electric bikes and other electric vehicles.
- Assemble and test new e-bikes to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Use computer systems to track repairs, inventory, and customer service records.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing technical inquiries and explaining repair processes.
- Perform other related tasks as required, including assisting with inventory management and store operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of tools and repair techniques.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs].
- Previous experience with e-bikes, bicycles, or small engine repair is an asset.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., using repair tracking software, email, and online resources).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation is a plus!
