Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, and a dedication to delivering exceptional quality in every dish.
Responsibilities:

Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure standards are met

Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and seasonal specials.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Line/Prep cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.

Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pizza-making techniques and ingredients.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.

Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
