We are looking for a highly dependable and proactive Part-Time Center Operations Manager to help lead day-to-day operations at our Brampton East center.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in education, enrichment programs, tutoring centers, childcare, or customer-facing operations who enjoys working with families and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage smooth day-to-day center operations
- Build strong relationships with parents and students
- Coordinate student schedules, onboarding, and class flow
- Support coaches and ensure high-quality student experience
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment support
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and positive center environment
- Support workshops, competitions, events, and community outreach
- Identify operational gaps proactively and help improve processes
- Take ownership and help ensure the center runs efficiently with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years experience in education, enrichment, childcare, tutoring, or customer-facing operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling parent communication independently
- Experience coordinating schedules, programs, or teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of maturity, accountability, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and solve problems calmly
- Comfortable using basic technology tools and systems
- Available evenings and Saturdays

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
