*Location:* Greater Toronto Area (Client Sites)
*Pay:* $20.00 per hour
*Shift:* 4:00 AM – 10:00 AM (6 hours per shift)
*Schedule:* Days will vary based on client site operating hours.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional *Inspector / Customer Service Representative* to join our commercial cleaning team.
This role combines site inspections with client relationship management. The successful candidate will visit client locations each morning to conduct quality inspections, ensure cleaning standards are met, address any concerns, and maintain strong professional relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
* Conduct daily inspections at commercial client sites.
* Meet with clients in person to discuss service quality and address concerns.
* Ensure all cleaning standards and company expectations are being met.
* Identify deficiencies and communicate corrective actions to the operations team.
* Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication.
* Prepare inspection reports and document findings.
* Follow up on customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Travel between client locations as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the *commercial cleaning industry* is required.
* Proven experience in *B2B customer service*, including face-to-face client interactions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client sites.
* Reliable transportation is preferred due to early morning travel between locations.
* Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
