This role is more than just making smoothies and juices, you’ll be a key part of creating meaningful customer experiences, building relationships, and helping our community feel their best every day.
WELLNESS BARISTA
Role:
· You’re not just serving, you’re guiding.
· You create an experience that leaves people feeling better than when they walked in.
What You Do:
· Welcome every guest with genuine energy
· Recommend juices, smoothies, and cleanses based on goals (energy, digestion, immunity)
· Prepare drinks (smoothies, coffee, mylks, bowls)
· Maintain a clean, organized, high-vibe space
· Educate customers on products in a simple, relatable way

JUICE CREW
Role:
· You’re the craft behind the brand.
· Every bottle reflects your precision, care, and consistency.
What You Do:
· Cold-press juices according to recipes
· Wash, prep, and process produce
· Bottle, label, and store products
· Maintain strict cleanliness + food safety standards
· Support inventory + prep planning

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.35-$16.00 per hour
