We are seeking a grounds keeper/ gas pump attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess landscaping skills and excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively handle tasks, fabricate solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. The employee will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine grounds maintenance
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues requiring attention and resolve them promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of grounds maintenance practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
