Our clinic is dedicated to wellness. We have integrated medicine services combined with aesthetics. This is how we help people feel and look better.
It is a busy environment that requires an energetic, outgoing individual.
You will be responsible for booking appointments, direct billing for acupuncture, chiropractic and massage. You will manage the flow of the clinic and organize the different doctors' schedules.
Your primary role is to be an ambassador of our clinic, exuding health and vitality; and believing in the services we offer.
The ideal candidate should be interested in wellness, supplements and aesthetics.
Medical office experience is helpful, but not essential.
You must be:
- people orientated and have exceptional customer service; experience in a field requiring customer service is essential
- have your personal wellness philosophy, like to look your best, be interested in skin health and fashion
- be organized and able to multitask; this is a very busy environment and not for someone who likes to do one thing at a time or cannot handle interruptions
- be able to recommend products and services for a commission
- driven by a sense of accomplishment and like to take charge of things
- happiest when you help other people get results; your purpose is to see others be successful in their lives; (our clients come in feeling not well and need the attention of someone caring)
