The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing all aspects of our online presence — including social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and website content. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to drive traffic, bookings, and brand awareness
- Develop and distribute email newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate website updates and ensure accuracy of property information, promotions, and visuals
- Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports (social media engagement, ad spend ROI, etc.)
- Support local hotel properties with their marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to promote special packages, events, and community partnerships
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or retail
- Proficiency with social media platforms, digital ad tools, and email marketing software
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and content management systems (WordPress preferred)
- Strong copywriting and visual content skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an asset
