- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications
- Perform electrical inspections and testing to identify faults and ensure compliance
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety standards
- Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately
- Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades on job sites
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety programs at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Electrician License (Journeyperson or equivalent, depending on jurisdiction)
- Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant electrical experience (experience level may vary by role)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work at heights and lift materials as required
Preferred Qualifications (Asset)
- Experience in commercial, industrial, and/or residential electrical work
- Experience with fire alarm systems, control panels, or automation systems
- OSHA / WHMIS / safety certifications
- First Aid and CPR certification

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
