This multi-faceted position will be primarily providing a high level of support to the maintenance department. You will be responsible for adhering to the established policies and procedures concerning the procurement and repair of parts and materials for our aircraft.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Order and receive parts in accordance with policies and procedures
- Send out repairs to authorized vendors
- Update PO’s and RO’s in a timely manner communication with appropriate vendors
- Ensure proper stock rotation
- Prepare all parts needed for aircraft work packs
- Inspect and count received goods, check against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods.
- Travel to out bases required on a quarterly basis.
- All other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills
- Must be able to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous shipping and receiving experience is an asset
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Applications
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
Working Conditions
