The role
We are looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator to own our social presence and make it sharp, consistent, and on-brand. You will not be the one on camera, our content creators handle that. Your job is to take their content, edit and package it, schedule and post it, and shape the overall strategy across our channels, while keeping our creator collaborations running. It is a hands-on, creative role with real ownership, ideal for someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram and wants a fun, flexible gig alongside their other work or studies.
What you'll do
- Own the content calendar and posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Post consistently and stay on top of comments and DMs
- Strategize what to post, when, and why, spotting trends and bringing fresh ideas to our content creators/marketing team
- Design on-brand banners and creatives for the website, mostly in Canva
- Use AI tools to edit, plan, and produce faster
- Manage creator collaborations: brief and coordinate our content creators, find new ones, and handle all collabs
What we're looking for
- Knows Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook inside out: what to post, when, and what actually performs
- Skilled at editing and packaging photo and video content (CapCut, Reels, TikTok native tools, or similar)
- A strategic eye, not just execution, you bring ideas to the table
- Comfortable designing banners and creatives in Canva or a similar tool
- Genuinely fluent with AI content tools, and curious about new ones
- Organized, self-driven, and reliable on a small remote team
- A friendly, clear communicator, since you will be coordinating creators often
- A strong eye for aesthetic that fits a warm, cozy, editorial brand
- This can be a great fit for a student, recent grad, or anyone building a side income

- Compensation: $18 to $25 CAD per hour, based on experience
- Language: French is an asset
- Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo
- French language an asset
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
