COAST Performance Rehab is a movement-focused, multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic that aims to change the way injury rehab is done. We are an active, collaborative team passionate about helping people move and feel their best, and we are looking to add a part-time Client Services & Clinic Support Representative to our Squamish team.
This is not a traditional seated receptionist role. Our Client Services teams are the critical component for the smooth operation of our clinics. They play a key role in creating an exceptional clinic experience by balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinic support throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, connecting with people, and being part of a positive, team-oriented environment.
In addition to greeting clients, answering phones, booking appointments, and handling administrative tasks, you can expect the following to be a regular part of your day:
- Moving throughout the clinic
- Restocking treatment supplies
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness and presentation
- Collecting, washing, and folding laundry
- Resetting treatment rooms
- Supporting practitioners and clients throughout the day
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, personable, adaptable, and happy to jump in wherever needed to help the clinic run smoothly.
Hours & Scheduling
We are currently looking for someone available for the following shifts:
- Wednesdays: 2:30pm – 7:45pm
- Thursdays: 2:30pm – 7:45pm
Additional shifts may occasionally become available to assist with vacation coverage, sick days, or busier clinic periods, with potential for increased hours as the clinic continues to grow.This position is ideal for someone seeking supplemental part-time hours, a post-secondary student with a flexible schedule, or someone balancing another flexible role or active lifestyle.

- Has experience with and an aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and cash sales/reconciliation.

- Is comfortable balancing front desk work with hands-on clinic support
- Is comfortable learning clinic software and administrative systems

- Reliability and flexibility
- Experience in a health clinic or fitness facility is considered an asset
- Experience with the JaneApp booking system is an asset
Compensation
- $20–$22/hour based on experience
