We are looking for an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites, support our team members, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in well-run sites, strong teams, and high-quality service.
Role Overview
The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple cleaning sites, conducting regular inspections, supporting frontline cleaners, and ensuring all client expectations are met.
You will work closely with our operations team to maintain service standards, address issues quickly, and ensure our teams have what they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Site Inspections & Quality Control
- Conduct routine inspections across assigned cleaning sites
- Ensure all work meets company and client standards
- Complete inspection reports and identify areas for improvement
- Follow up on deficiencies and ensure corrective action is completed
Team Support & Supervision
- Support and guide cleaning staff across multiple locations
- Provide training and coaching where needed
- Assist with onboarding new cleaners
- Ensure teams understand site expectations and procedures
Client Communication
- Address client concerns and feedback professionally
- Maintain positive relationships with site contacts
- Ensure service expectations are clearly communicated and met
Operational Support
- Ensure sites are properly stocked with cleaning supplies and equipment
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with coverage if needed
- Report operational issues to management promptly
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3+ years experience in commercial cleaning
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of janitorial standards and procedures
- Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel between sites across the GTA
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred
- Experience supervising multiple cleaning locations
- Experience conducting formal cleaning inspections
- Knowledge of floor care and commercial cleaning equipment

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
