About Us:

As we prepare to roll into the busy summer and fall, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team.
Position: Baker
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bagels and other baked goods according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Mix, knead, shape, and bake dough with precision and consistency.
- Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product appearance to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the Head Baker and other team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Short order sandwich production
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably with a focus on bagels or similar baked goods.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work early morning shifts to prepare fresh products for the day.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
