We are currently in search of a customer service, inside sales orientated person, to join our team at Richmond office.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills. In this role, they will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and inside sales support through phone and email communications. They will also assist customers in the showroom by introducing and demonstrating architectural products, answering questions, and helping customers select solutions that meet their needs. The successful candidate will build positive customer relationships while delivering a high level of service and contributing to sales growth.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
- Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes
- Processing orders through ERP computer system
- Managing logistics & sales delivery
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Assist customers in the showroom by introducing and demonstrating architectural products
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing and deliveries
- Working closely with local sales agents to ensure customer needs are met
- Contact local sales agents daily, sales negotiations and closing orders
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate with USA and Canada customers
- Collaborative skills with attention to detail
- Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time
- Strong networking skills, outgoing personality
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Email)
- Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
