BOARD OF DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY
CIDL is seeking a strategic, community-minded leader to join our Board of Directors.
Chippewa Industrial Developments Ltd.’s purpose is to be a world-class industrial land management company. Working in the best interest of our tenants and the shareholders of Aamjiwnaang First Nation. Our goal is to add value to the land and buildings it manages while providing excellent service to our partners.
As a director, you will provide financial governance, risk oversight, and strategic guidance to drive economic development and industrial leasing growth in the Sarnia-Lambton region.
We are looking for candidates with expertise in:
- Corporate Leadership or Business Ownership
- Financial Management & Accounting
- Commercial Land Development or Leasing
- First Nations Economic Development & Partnerships
Commitment: Usually 1 meeting per month
