Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards

- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy service times by ensuring timely meal preparation and service
- Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding food handling, safety procedures, and customer service
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
